I would like to say that Choprop have been excellent in their assistance after my previous experience with them. I had a lot of issues when me and my partner had to move in to our new apartment, however, after dealing with their Manager, Giovanni, I must say he kept to his word and has been quite efficient in ensuring all my issues were sorted. He personally called me and my partner and provided a speedy resolution, which one tends to never expect. I must say I am very happy with the service I have received these past few days.

I would to make a special mention about Bertha and how she dealt with my property in terms of finding a tenant. She was excellent during the whole process. She was always very responsive, gave clear instructions in terms of what had to be done in the property, she assisted with people that could help with the cleaning and managed the process in terms of collecting the keys and moving in the new tenant. I was impressed with how quick she was able to find a tenant. She made the entire process pain free and I would gladly use her again.
